2010 Steveston Kendo Taikai

This year again, we have been invited to participate at the Steveston Tournament in Vancouver, Canada (May 8). This is one of the largest tournament in North America, and I have been going there for the past 20 years, if not more. It is usually held in February, but this year, due to the Olympics, it was postponed to May.  There are participants from all over the USA, Canada, Hawaii, and sometimes Mexico. It is a great tournament, and I am sure you will have a great time.

It is a great opportunity to compete with great players in North America, as well as making a lot of great friends. The あtournament is on Saturday and, usually on Friday, there is a Godo Geiko. Sunday we can do some sightseeing around beautiful Vancouver.

If you are interested in this tournament, please fill in this form until April 13th.

Also hotel accommodation are available at the Best Western Richmond Inn under the “Stevenston Kendo club. Room rates are approximately $119.00/night+ tax.
