9：10: Preparation and cleaning by volunteer KENSHI.
9：30: Running, physical exercise, and SUBURI beginning.
10：00: KIRIKAESHI and Basic [uchi] practice.
10:15: OPEN PRACTICE FOR KENSHI ONLY (4 or 5DAN UP People guidance)
10:50: REST (5 -10 MINUTES)
11:00: OPEN PRACTICE FOR ALL.
11:30: FINISH.
The content might change in the number of people, rank on that day, and the age, etc.
Please bring a lot of kenshi as a volunteer
